Hotels in Cambodia

Hotels in Cambodia have come of age - visitors can now choose from the full range of accommodation with the accompanying full range of room types, from very basic $3 backpacker haunts to $1,000+ 5 star executive suites. However, not all hotels are the same, even if they are in a similar price range. Here at Adventures Asia we make a special effort to make sure that we use only the best quality hotels within the price range included in your tour. These hotels are chosen on the basis of their cleanliness, consistent high quality service, security and location. Our chosen hotels are usually located in the centre of town so that most major attractions are located within walking distance, yet at the same time we strive to avoid noisy locations. Of course we want our guests to be able to fully relax in their chosen accommodation, whether it be a hotel, a resort, or a guesthouse, so that you are fully refreshed and can make the most of exploring the many wonderful sights of charming Cambodia. As such we do not generally recommend accommodation that is lower than 3 star (or 'Medium' grade). Tourism is still in its infancy in much of Cambodia so depending on which parts of Cambodia you wish to explore it is not always possible to find 3 star hotels or guesthouses, in such cases we will recommend the best available accommodation in that destination.

Cambodia does not have an official accommodation grading system so Asia Adventures has devised its own grades which are explained below. The grading is based upon the opinions of our staff and are thus subjective.
