You then follow the Mekong River to Phnom Penh, the charming capital, then it is south to the beach resort town of Sihanoukville, via the small, but interesting towns of Takeo and Kampot.

Cambodia is entered at a remote border crossing. Then following dirt roads and a fascinating cruise before reaching the spectacular ancient Angkor Wat temples. You continue across Cambodia passing endless rice paddies, take a break in Phnom Penh, and head for the coast before entering Vietnam and cycling through the wonderful watery world and traditional lifestyle of the Mekong Delta.
