After initially exploring a couple of ancient temples you head south to Kampot and discover: salt flats; traditional village life; the cooler air of a deserted hill station, ethnic Cham villages; interesting caves; and the famous Kampot pepper. Day 1 is similar to The 'Killing Fields & Tonle Bati Cycle Tour' however you continue south to spend a night in the sleepy provincial town of Takeo.
