Neth is currently in 8th Grade at school and when she finishes she would like to be a doctor. (June 08)

Vichara is 8 years old and has no parents, this she lives at the New Futures Organisation’s orphanage in Takeo, Cambodia. She has 6 brothers and sisters.

Vichara is currently in 2nd grade at school and when she is older she would like to be a nurse. (June 08)

Srey Neang is 18 years old and only has a mother. As she has 8 brothers and sisters unfortunately her mother cannot afford to look after all of them. Thus she lives at the New Futures Organisation’s orphanage in Takeo, Cambodia.

Vannah is 12 years old and only has a father who unfortunately cannot afford to look after him and all his 5 brothers and sisters. Thus he lives at the New Futures Organisation’s orphanage in Takeo, Cambodia.

Vannah is currently in 1st Grade at school and when he is older he would like to be a teacher. (June 08)

Ponlok is 18 years old and has no parents, thus he lives at the New Futures Organisation’s orphanage in Takeo, Cambodia. He has 2 older sisters who have moved away to find employment.

Ponlok is currently in 9th Grade at school and would like to be a mechanic. The bicycle will make it easier for him to travel to the nearest vocational training centre to learn his chosen skill. (June 08)

Srey Leap is currently in 5th Grade at school and she has a great voice, thus she would like to be a singer when she is older. (June 08)
